Nicole acted as Toastmaster to a “Sleep” theme

Other Highlights:

–          WOD – Superfluous – Unnecessary, especially through being more than enough

–          Sleep is super important – Get between 7-9 hours a night for maximum benefit

–          Gayle motivated the group to listen for inspiration via the small voice that sounds in your head at unexpected times.  She suggested meditation as a tool to aid in listening for that voice.

–          Gayle also achieved her Competent Communicator with her 10th speech – CONGRATULATIONS!

–          Bruce explained how “stories run our lives” and to question the story you’re telling yourself if you want different results

–          Nadine demonstrated how to do a better cold call and Katrina helped her do so with some role playing
