Nicole got creative with her Ice Breaker for a new Pathways – She used “Rain” as a theme to connect her travels to different areas.  Did you know it rains 42% of the days in Seattle? 

Nicole also used the beautiful phrase “Experiencing the magic of my friend’s 3 year old” in her speech…    AWESOME grammarian shout out for that!!   

Language can convey so much:  childhood innocence, the circle of life and the joy of creation is what I felt even though that is not what she said… BRAVO!

Try finding a theme to connect different anecdotes in your speech.
