1 Prepared Speech / 12 Table Topics

Started 1 minute late and ended 5 minutes early 

Other Highlights:

–          WOD:  “Euphoria” – a feeling of great happiness

–          Scott spoke about the fundamental speaking tool of vocal variety.  Consider Volume, Pace and Tone when speaking.

–          Nicole included everyone in Table Topics:  Pick a year out of a bag as the topic!  Nice!

–          The group used a ton of filler words… plenty of room for improvement!

–          Gay Clarkson is officially a member – Welcome!

–          Club speech contest on 3/18.  Area contest on 4/1 (no joke!).

–          Nadine will need volunteers to help run the area contest
