Basically there are 10 goals TM Int’l sets, 9 out of 10 gets President’s Distinguished – We Got 10 out of 10!

–          Consider these Evaluation Tips:

  • Set up your evaluation notes with Intro, Body, Close and Mechanics
  • Just take notes under each heading during the speech
  • Circle areas you liked / Put a square around areas of improvement
  • Try the “sandwich” during your evaluation – Start with a circle / Put a square in the middle / Close with another circle and summary  

Ask yourself – If I paid a $1000 to hear that speech, what was missing or what could have been better

–          Elizabeth gave her Icebreaker – Give yourself permission to “write badly”.  She also won best speaker!

–          Mitra spoke to how vision and craziness combine to form greatnes

s-          Sarah shared two valuable experiences that shaped her entrepreneurial spirit

–          Tom proposed an interesting Table Topics – What was your initial perception of something that changed after you experienced it

–          Traci took home best evaluator AND best table topics – congrats!
