We are currently meeting virtually online using Zoom at our regular time below. Guests are welcome. Email VPM@lakenormantoastmasters.com to request an invitation to the meeting.
We meet on Mondays from 6:30 – 8 PM virtually using Zoom. We intend to stay virtual through September 30th. At that time relevant health information will be analyzed to determine if we will go back to meeting in person.
If we do meet in person again it will be inside Sandler Sales at: 19900 W Catawba Ave, Suite 206, Cornelius, NC 28031.
Some GPS apps will not indicate what side of the road our building is on. As you head west on Catawba, the building is on the left. You can see the “Sandler Sales” sign on the second floor from the road. Parking and entrance is in the rear of the building.
The room is on the second floor. There is a an elevator or stairs available.
We typically open the room between 6-6:15 and start promptly at 6:30.
Unless there is a special event, every meeting follows a proven format to maximize speaking opportunity for all attendees. There are prepared speeches, evaluations and table topics (impromptu speaking). You can learn more about the Toastmasters program at www.toastmasters.org.
Check out the Membership Info page for information on your investment if you’re thinking about joining the club. Many employers will pay for a Toastmasters Membership.
